FELA passenger intercoms are VoIP-capable intercoms for SIP applications in public transport. Our product programme provides emergency call intercoms (NRSS) with green button according to TSI RPM for emergency call purposes and help call intercoms (HRSS) with yellow button. Their full-duplex mode makes a high quality of communication possible, so contributing to secure support for the passenger in emergency cases. Intercoms using the same principle but in a changed form can be used both for emergency and help calls, also for help calls made from the wheelchair station (variants in yellow, button with bell). Due to the IP interface, the intercom can be integrated into SIP-compatible telephone systems and so guarantee the highest audio quality. Power is supplied using PoE and minimises the cabling requirements and so also the installation costs. The intercom is attractive because of its captivating design and is very well protected against vandalism by its robust construction. The FELA emergency intercoms satisfy all European directives required for operation in public (TSI PRM) as well as further European standards and Swiss directives (for persons with reduced mobility).
