A high development effort, therefore, for a comparatively small order volume.<\/p>\n<p>For FELA, however, it was an order exactly to our taste: individual developments for very special requirements.<\/p>\n<p>And even though the number of units was only small, we saw the potential for further similar projects, all of which have to deal with the same problem. Namely, the operation of different vehicle generations with equipment from different manufacturers in mixed
