Qualityhas been the focus at FELA for over 50 years. Compliance with industry-relevant standards and regulations is the basis for our internal standards.
Since November 2025, we have once again been successfully recertified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Both certifications were completed without any significant deviations, confirming the continuous development and effectiveness of our quality and information security management systems.
The certifications apply to both our headquarters, FELA Management AG in Diessenhofen, as well as our subsidiary, FELA Deutschland GmbH in Birkenfeld, Germany.
Quality and information security continue to gain importance for our customers in public transport and the transportation sector. Through the ongoing maintenance and optimization of our management systems, we ensure that our processes, backup solutions and security measures consistently meet the highest standards.
Our current ISO certificates (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001) are now available for download in three languages – German, English and French. The new certificates are valid until January 2, 2029.
